Signal-Noise discusses the news reportage of the Russian war in Ukraine from a sensemaking perspective. From this vantage, Western news reportage on the war appears to be more rhethorical than poetic, more ideologically promotional than objective reporting. If we are to make sense of what is really happening in this conflict, the reasons it is happening, and how such horror can be avoided in the future, we need to distinguish the singal (accurate, useful information) from the noise. Signal Noise will be exhibited at the exhibition Lapdogs of War in New York on the 25th of March 2022.
